This policy covers the Teczens website. It describes the information this site collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

This site collects personal information in one place only: the forms on the contact and careers pages. When you use one, we receive the name, email address, optional company name and message that you type, together with the enquiry type you select.

Our servers also record technical information with each submission — the IP address the request came from and the browser user-agent string. We use these to apply rate limits and to distinguish real enquiries from automated ones. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

Why we collect it

To read and reply to your enquiry, and to keep the forms usable by preventing automated abuse. That is the whole purpose. If you contact us about a role, we use what you send to consider you for it.

Who processes it

Three service providers handle data on our behalf:

• Vercel — hosts this website and processes the requests you make to it.
• Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox as email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies that form submissions come from a person rather than a script.

Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not pass your information to anyone else unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries arrive as email and are retained in our mailbox for as long as the enquiry is live, and afterwards for as long as we may reasonably need it for business records. Technical information used for rate limiting is short-lived and is not retained as a record.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. Contact us through the form on this site and we will respond.

Children

This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it.

Use the contact form for any question about this policy or about information we hold. We do not publish an email address on this site, which keeps it out of the hands of address harvesters.
